Ceramic braces (tooth-colored) can be used on the upper front teeth. Stainless steel braces are provided for the remaining teeth. We have used ceramic braces on a high percentage of patients for many years with excellent treatment results. Ceramic brackets are a bit more difficult to remove from the teeth at the completion of treatment. It has been reported that there is an increased chance of damaging the tooth while removing the ceramic bracket. Our doctors are skilled in this procedure and have no concern of damage occurring to an otherwise healthy tooth. Should you wish to have ceramic braces used on your remaining teeth, they may be used at an additional fee. Ceramic braces have been used for treatment of our doctors, their families and our staff.

As a courtesy to you, we will file your claim with your primary insurance company. We will be delighted to inquire about benefits to which you are entitled.
